OK- I have a bunch of install files that won't show up on the 'add/remove' programs menu in control panel when the .exe file is installed. how can i get these to show up there?

Maybe the simplest way would be to create a msi file for this installation. It automatically set the necessary to uninstall in the control panel.
looked up MSI files and found this blurb -
To convert non-MSI applications to the MSI, many IT administrators and software repackaging folks use tools like Macrovision’s AdminStudio. AdminStudio’s Repackager is a wizard–based tool that makes it easy take your existing applications (and whatever setup they come in) and convert them to MSI packages. Repackager has automated, intelligent tools that make converting exiting setups to MSIs easy. Some of the included extras are: InstallMonitor for snapshot-free repackaging, SmartScan for extracting the maximum information from setups during conversion to MSIs, Setup Intent for automatically ensuring MSIs packages never miss important files, and the Packaging Process Assistant for speeding you through the correct packaging process.
Does this sound right? Or could you guys think of another way? I do not have admin studio - and I doubt my coder does...
Thanks guys.
