Getting More CPV Targets

Hi all,
what tools and processes are you using to get a lot of highly targeted urls/keywords for your cpv campaigns? Right now, my process is essentially,

1. Use google keyword tool to generate keyword list from CPA offer page.
2. Edit list and plug into AdwordsDigger, Placement Intelligence (etc.) to generate urls.
3. Pop urls into advertising networks (Media Traffic, DirectCPV, etc)
4. Track and optimize.

Looking for suggestions, techniques and other resources that may improve this process and tools i use.

each 'angle' you test will consist of it's own keywords and url's. As long as you do a quality job and get most of them, you dont have anything to worry about. chances are an extra url or two is not going to make a difference

Understand one or two urls doens't make or break. What about ideas for new "angles" on common cpa offers ? For example, if i was promoting a health insurance quote, what is a different angle you would take here?
 
If you got the cash check out Affportal or affexpert - they have PPV tools that make life so much easier and faster .
