Glass pipes AKA bongs affiliate program

Hi everyone,

a friend of mine is thinking of taking his glass pipes business online and wants to do it through affiliate marketing. In the process of helping him out, i was checking out the competition and found that none of the sites were promoting themselves through google adwords or on yahoo.

Does google, yahoo, or msn have rules against promoting these kinds of products like tobacco pipes, glass pipes, sheeshas etcetera?

Does anyone know of any site doing something similar with the same products?
