Interesting point. How would you work out the value per email? Like whether or not you are getting enough emails to make it worth the cpc.

Just compare how much your making off the emails to what your spending on PPC? As soon as the user gets on the list you can start dripping them emails immediately so you should know how its doing.
 
Not worried about collecting emails - the domain gets roughly 100+ type-ins every day. It is a solid domain.

Looking more towards offers from the usual players here - ads4dough has one (free driver), but alas it is email-only. And I hate working with CJ :)
 
I have a high traffic fishing domain website and I found the most profitable way of doing this was to create my own email submit offer for fishing related products.

Create a quick path to run the users down and you can easily make 3-5 bucks a user with very little effort.
 
There are some email/zip submits in both AdDrive and Hydra. I use to do well with them but I guess I burnt that list out.

sure -- i take an incentive offer that pays 3-4 dollars and offer them a lure that costs me .50 - 1.00

i take them through a long coreg path first adding a buck or two to my pocket

then i email them other offers adding another buck or two

This is a very simple version, i have found many ways to add profit and we can discuss further if you'd like
