Good place to start for small successes?

I have about $1000 to spend and I'm hoping in that time I can learn quite a lot so I'm looking for some decent places to start and what type of offers I should be looking at.

I don't mind losing it all but I obviously want to learn in the process if I do.

I've been accepted into MaxBounty and CPAWay, and I have an account on FB and POF.

Any advice for getting my feet wet without throwing my money away aimlessly?

I have prosper202 setup and I'm looking to join a paid forum (STM).

If you only have $1000 to invest, don't blow it all on a single campaign. Put small daily caps on your spends (presuming you're buying traffic) to stretch it out. Buy for a few different completely unrelated campaigns so you get a taste of what converts and what doesn't. It's unrealistic to expect that your first stab will be profitable, so lose as little as possible on it while you learn. Tweak your ads until you max your EPC vs click costs... and only THEN ramp up.
