Good Private Bulk SOCKS Proxies?

Hi, I've just researched and tried to find a good private bulk SOCKS source, but what I found was either pretty expensive or unprofessional looking.

Anyone can recommend me a good reliable SOCKS source from experience? I want US IP's only.

No-one knows a good source that comes recommended?

I'm still searching, I purchased some HTTP proxies from squidproxies but those didn't work for my purpose.
I think that's because a lot of the IP's have the same hostname & network name. So I need more unique IP's...
