Google Adwords Chat Support

Any suggestions on how their hours, staff work?

They are suppose to keep specific business hours, but they were available almost all the time last week. This week, they aren't available anytime it seems.

Ideas on getting through, when and how?
 


its easy. click help...search for "chat" in the window that pops up. towards the bottom right there will be a button "live chat support"...if it isnt there...then chat isnt open at that time and try again later

yes, appreciate that. ive been getting to chat from a bookmarked link.

But it still seems like their availability is completely random.

Just like everything else about that ridiculous company.

Phone number is 1-866-2GOOGLE

If you spent 100k/month you get jack shit from them.

Also, don't go into any in depth questions about your account and expect to get any logical answers. Their front desk support are all idiots.
 
Yes, sad but true. Regardless of how much you spend:
1) Their email support sucks Gary Thiem's balls

2) Their chat is flaky and random - and no longer available for international advertisers

3) Expect 4-7 days for a half-ass decent answer to your question after sending in an average of 2-3 "please give me a real answer and no canned bullshit" emails

4) Did I mention their support sucks?
 
I've been dealing with MSN support this last week and it's been like a breath of freaking fresh air.

Adwords support sucks.

I have spent 6 figures / month with them and still don't get any treatment.
