Ok...so I got the Google slap too. I was using a redirect and not my own landing page. So, I am going to create a landing page for my affiliate campaigns. Don't LOL but I use Homestead to create my websites since I don't know jack about coding, scripts, etc., etc. The only thing I can do, is add a little of html and that's it. I read what destone said about looking at competitors websites and copying what they do, but I don't know how to interpret the page source. Can someone please help me? Maybe I won't get 5 cents clicks, but heck...I'll take 50 cents at this point. Any advice is appreciated!

Blessings!

Why do you need to interpret the source code? You're using a drag'n'drop editor. Just move shit around.

you don't need to know anything about coding to use Wordpress. That's your best bet at this point.

Don't bother with interpreting page source... his suggestion isn't to exactly 100% copy... I think he means in a more general term 'copy' ... ie: Try to do similar to whatever that person is doing but in your own manner.

Ok, stop right now. STOP. Look at the time you posted this thread. Now look at the time you posted just now. Nearly 2 hours. In that time you could EASILY read through the instructions at homestead, or even downloaded another free html editor and thrown something together. You are using your time INEFFICIENTLY. Stop right now and learn how to put a page together. THEN think about designing a landing page (which is nothing but a normal page that looks nice after all). Sorry to be such a bitch but do you want to make money or not?

Aniston... you need to do some research. Nobody's going to give you the answer of what to put on the pages.... but I will tell you this.... it's all HERE on the WF... and on the web.

You have 2 options. Learn some html or pay someone to do it for you.

If you want to learn, go get a book on beginners html or start googling for beginner html tutorials.

There are a couple of guys selling landing pages in the buy and sell section if you don't want to learn, but you will still want to learn at some point.

HTML is worth learning in my opinion to really learn how to work this industry...to at least be able to talk to the people you hire to do your "dirty" work.

Dreamweaver almost does everything for you!

Yes...I know how to add a little html...I just don't know what I am supposed to add. "maximus"...Yes...I have been reading stuff on this board and other places for over a month and I haven't found any article or post that clearly defines what to do. "thesilly1" is right...I guess no one is going to give me a answer. If anyone knows of a thread on this board, let me know...I'll read it.

Thanks.

Wow, talk about needing your hand held. First of all this isn't a learn html forum so why the fuck you are even asking how to build a webpage is beyond me. Second, no one is going to waste their precious time teaching you html on an internet forum, go buy a book or type "learn html"
into google. It's not rocket science.

Lastly, if you aren't bright enough to figure out how to learn html on your own and find creatives and landing page to use as a base for creating your landing page then you are never going to make it in affiliate marketing anyway so give up now.

Hey Rick James Bitch...Maybe you learn to read! I'm NOT asking for anyone to teach me html...k? I know how to create basic websites. I have created over 50 to this date...k? I am merely asking about what elements I need to add to my site.

I'm not asking you at this point James' Bitch...

Is Google looking for content in my site?
Are the keywords I choose, need to be somewhere on my page, in meta tags? If yes, how you can have a large 50K campaign?
Why do I get low bids on some terms but not others?
Does my website name have anything to do with it?
Should my alt tags be keywords I want to use?
Etc., Etc.

Thanks.
