Google content image upload problem

Hi Guys,

Need some help here. Got some new creative im testing on Adwords - content network.

The artwork is all within spec, animated .gifs but im getting the error "Could not process the image" when I try and upload them.

Any ideas?

i've ran into that problem before, for me it was because there's too much white space around the edge/border of the image. you can try adding a gray border around the image. or perhaps change the color a bit.

oh yea.. the size must be under 56kb
