found these set of questions on another forum and lot of these I have been wondering myself.

so I have been promoting on google search keywords for my web design business. I found that I would spend about $50~$100 for a client which would net me $500~$900.

Anyways, it was very tough since I would get about 10 leads for $100 and only 1 or 2 would have the money for the project quoted (lot of freeloaders it seems).

I want to now promote CPA offers, and other products on clickbank or CJ....

If I understand correctly CPA offers pays the affiliate an agreed fixed rate per lead acquisition. This differs from pay-per-sale since the affiliate marketer and the product owner share risks more evenly than PPS in which the affiliate marketer takes all the risks.

Here are my questions for promoting CPA offers on Google content network:

1) Why does google keep disapproving my destination URL directly to tracking202 or CPA landing page ?
Code:
networktrakr.com/aff=22222&camp=something
2) Which offers require landing page which don't ? Google has no guidelines. Some offer pages have submission form on their landing page....I'd hate to create my own. Why not let marketers link directly ?
Code:
networktrakr.com/aff=22222&camp=something
3) How do you discover/search for sites on google network to advertise in ?

4) Is advertising on youtube successful for CPA ?

5) Is content network as competitive as google search ? Do I have bid like $2~$4 per click ??! How much should you generally spend on bids.

6) What sort of landing pages does google allow ? Doesn't bland looking landing pages hurt conversions ? I'd much rather use my cpa offer's landing page.

7) If my campaign is accepted and ads are running, and I edit my destination landing page code to meta refresh directly to CPA offer, is this allowed or safe ? What's the chance of getting caught.

8) I've seen some shady landing pages that try to imitate a news site with fake comments and testimonials with testimonee photos from istockphoto. I've also seen landings pages claiming the product or their site was featured on CNN and forbes. They use CNN and Forbes logos ! Isn't this illegal ?????

9) Is there a chance for small marketers like me on google network or is it dominated and saturated already ?

10) What are some must read blogs and sites ?

Lot of questions and Thanks for reading guys ! I am really excited about starting on Google network, and hope to learn more !

I wanted to post something cutting, but then realised this is the newbie section and I don't always enjoy being mean.

I'll answer question 10 though and also tell you this should help you answer all your questions. Read. The. Learning. Center.

It seems all but those making money on Google fail to even glance through the odd section these days.
