The domain in question is Health Insurance Quotes - ForHealthInsurance.net

The site is up and running at my apartment and at my friends place, yet I get a 404 error at my office.

The googlebot gets a 404 error (according to google webmaster tools), and the sitemap is not being found either.

Yahoo, Google, and Bing are also not indexing the site... despite massive link building.

Thoughts?

It'd help greatly if you used the correct nameservers. For example your first nameserver dns1.bigrock.in can't even be reached (seems to be doing that on and off), also your SOA record is pointing to your 4th nameserver entry instead of the first.

A whois will show the following name servers
dns1.bigrock.in
dns2.bigrock.in
ns2432.dizinc.com
ns2433.dizinc.com

with no mention of the other two in your NS records. Probably need to remove the dizinc ones if they're from an old provider.

Also most of your TTL is set for over 10 hours, meaning any changes you make to your DNS or WhoIs will take half a day if not longer to propagate as internet providers and nameservers usually don't refresh your records any less than the Time-To-Live range.
