Anyone ever messed with green card offers? I just saw some and am curious about how that works now. Anyone have any luck with those?

Whenever I'm overseas (Taiwan specifically), all the popunders and banner ads on my sites (from Casale, Burst, Valueclick, etc) all turn into green card offers.
Maybe send your non-white/english speaking traffic to them?

male over 21 are mandatory to be in the army for at least a years in taiwan, that's why many of them want to use green card to escape it
many of them speak very little english
Yeah infact i have a buddy who was born in taiwan and him and his mother left when he was a teenager to america to avoid the military. I thought it was 18 years old? they are required to serve two years. He went back this year because his father died who stayed in taiwan when he left. He said he basically only had 2 weeks to stay and leave because if they found out you were there they would make you stay there and serve your two years.
