Help me with EPN (or don't...)

Right - Ebay officially hates me and won't let me join EPN no matter what I try. Although there's no official reason, I now fully believe that it is because of my geographical location (I'm in South Africa).

From what I have found out, the only way around this is to use the phone a friend lifeline and make a deal with someone who lives in an acceptable country - so here it is.

Anybody wanna sell me a EPN account (if that's possible), share one, partner up....whatever. PM me if you can help - dickroll me if you can't/won't.

I know there's a lot of shit going down with EPN at the moment so I'm not expecting to be making meeeellions of bucks here, but I've got phpbay and a2p which I primarily use for content generation on sites that support my SEO but if I can make enough to buy a few beers at the same time - why the hell not?
 


What country do you live in? If it's any consolation, lots of folks in North America are being routinely denied as well.
 
nah - I honestly believe that it's because they are not accepting South African addresses.

The sites I am using to apply with are "real" sites (not splogs or farticles or anything like that). They are functioning e-com stores with solid PRs, good rankings, decent Alexa rankings, have been in existance for 5 or 6 years, have good original content etc.

I get a generic form letter rejection within seconds of hitting the submit button which proves that it's an automated process and there is no human review.

My sites are all hosted in the States so it won't be an IP problem - I recon it must be because I am entering my address as South Africa (I have to if I want to physically receive any checks!)

So how about it? Anybody wanna work with me on this? Somebody? Anybody?

If you have got or can get a EPN account I will buy it, trade for it, share it....whatever... your call.
 
I finally got in a short while ago after routinely getting denied. I'm in Canada

I registered the domain 6 months ago, and wrote 8 articles for it. I'm sure having an old domain + registering it for >1 year helps, but its not everything.

What niches are the sites you're trying to get in with? IMO pick something that is rare.

Also, its looking like if you want to drive traffic to them from more than 1 site, you have to apply with each additional site. not just get 1 EPN account with a legit site, and load phpbay on all your others.

out of curiosity what are you willing to pay for an account?

Ummm...no....not unless it is different between ebay US and the other programs - considering they are all run as one affiliate program I doubt it.

You can have n+1 sites.

my bad bro. perhaps i worded it in a way that could lead to different interpretations.

you have to apply with each additional site, and add it to your EPN profile (not apply for a new EPN acct for each site)

It's generally not a good idea to reveal niches here but what the hell... it's not hugely lucrative and none of the bitches here will be able to source my products...rhodochrosite anybody? Ettringite? Poldervaartite? Ajoite?

My site sells rare crystals and mineral specimens to collectors and the healy feely metaphysical crowd - some of the stuff I get is VERY rare but, as I mentioned, I get refused within seconds so I don't believe the niche or anything else other than my location is playing a roll.

What would I be willing to pay for an EPN account? Shit - I dunno... I'm not expecting to make more than a few beers a month with it. $50? $100? You tell me.
