Help with Bodybuilding.com's New affiliate platform

Hi everyone,

Okay so up until June 28th, bodybuilding.com was with commision junction. Then they switched over to Impact Radius.

Now for some reason they are being very horrible at responding to my emails and calls i.e not at all

My concerns are that I did not set up my links correctly with this new platform because I am getting a good amount of clickthrough yet no actions are being registered.

My conversion rate with bodybuilding/commision junction was pretty good so i know for a fact that I have made at least 1 sale in the past 5 days considering I used to make 10-15 a day with them.

But NO SALES have registered at all.

Has anyone had success with switching over, if so how did you generate links for products.

My main form of linking is just through "buy now" buttons

Hmmmm....thats not cool. Especially if you have a consistent track record of daily sales. Doesn't the AM usually email you from their personal address?

I ran a few hundred k worth of commissions through them when they were on CJ. How much commission are they giving to coupon affiliates on Impact Radius? (just curious)

thats what happens in a transition period, always have a solid backup! even if its way less commission etc you should always be able to swap out your links in your tracking program when shit likes this goes down it should be a push of a button till they get their shit str8.
 
You should read your affiliate newsletters. They've mentioned it a number of times there. Basically they are still implementing real time tracking...but commissions/sales are being tracked and will be up "shortly".
