Hello fellow IMers! I wanted to let you know about my new quickstart guide on Mobile Marketing called "Mobile Marketing: Hype or Highly Profitable?". I really need your help! The site is live and the guide is ready for download. But, I want some constructive criticism...

I was hoping some of you would take a minute to look over the sales copy and give me some ideas. I have no doubt about the way people are going to react to the wealth of information in the guide. However, sales copy isn't my strong suite...

As you'll see from the site, the guide only costs $7, which I'm hoping will make it an easy sale. I also offer 100% commissions to anyone who wants to sell the guide to help me build my contact list, so that should give some incentive to possible affiliates. The guide has the full details...

Thank you in advance for your comments. I love having a place where innovative thinkers can get together and share their ideas and projects. Good luck in your projects, and look forward to reading your thoughts...

Two versions for split testing on the eBook covers and color schemes:

Code:
h**p://bit.ly/mmhhpblk
Code:

Replace the "**" with "tt" The links are bit.ly so I can track forum respone, but I do own the site and I wrote the eBook.

Thanks again!

That's a good question! WTF? That's the one bit.ly gave me and it works when clicked directly from there! Thanks for the heads up.

Thanks for the helpful advice guys. However, in the future, perhaps you could provide a little bit more insight than how much it sucks and give a suggestion or two.

Make the call to action at the bottom much larger.

Like other's said, the headline(s) need work. Give the reader a reason to, at the very least, read the next body of text.

Try to limit your paragraphs to just a couple sentences for easy reading. You'll want to break up the copy with subheads for the same reason.

Good luck bro

ive seen worse lp's but what about the dynamics of mobile marketing in general? they change literally on the fly - windows phone 7 is just around the corner, etc.

you should offer memberhsip or updates, like 1 buck a month to receive updates in mobile CPA offers, networks, updates to AdMob, iAd, etc. saw an AdMob presentation couple of weeks ago and theyre doing some cool new things...which would not be reflected in your ebook. dont get me wrong 7 bucks isnt bad of a price, but a dollar per month to know the latest jive about mobile marketing would be a no-brainer (...if i was a biz-opp type of lead).
