Here's my review.
I bought the Starter Package a week ago to try it on a local keyword
with easy competition and 700 exact searches per month.
I was previously holding the #1 spot, but because lack of time and lost links I had
dropped to #4.
I got my report after 4 days and it took 4 more days before I claimed the #1 spot
again.

Overall excellent service for a good price.
There is only one thing that could be better.
The comments could be little longer and more relevant to the post.
Also instead of just ending the comment with keyword would love to see it
ending with something like: "Random name from kw" or "Please visit my site kw".

I wouldnt mind paying extra for better commenting or pay same amount but get less links but with better comments.

Overall, I really like these right now for anchor diversifying.

I don't try to correlate ranking improvements with these links specifically, but they don't seem to hinder SERP increases at all.

I'll usually hit up brand and generics, with a few anchor + brand keywords worked in - for the price, I think these are solid; the placements (while generic comments) are clean (for blog comments), always hit PR goals and are usually low on OBLs; a recipe for success.
