Paid this guy 10 days ago on the 6th - turnaround time says 1-3 days. I waited past 3 days and did not receive a report. I pm'ed him and he said he is bogged down with work - I said that's okay just keep me updated. No updates for another few days, I pm him again and he says he got in an accident - no updates again after I return his pm.
I want a refund - communication is terrible and seller did not deliver.
