I would like to Vouch for Greeny(Holly's)'s High PR network.

Its pretty good actually and the domains itself have good inbound links so its unlikely that the PR will drop on the next PR Upgrade.

I have added 2 Sites to the network when the price was still lower, my rankings went from page 1 place 8 to place 1 place 2 for a quite competative keyword, resulting in arround 250 new visits to my client's website a day, which in his niche is a lot :)
 
Great network

Awesome network and totally worth the small price. I had a keyword I've been building links to for a while and just couldn't quite get past #15-20 or so. This got me the rest of the way...now dancing a bit between #1 and #3.
