High Search Volume, Zero PPC Competitors, Many Websites

I have a small list of niches that have very high search volume (a lot of people are searching for these keywords), a lot of websites that cater to those keywords, but ZERO PPC competitors on ALL these keywords.

Basically, it's a great climate, but what's the best way to handle this?

There are no applicable affiliate offers so I'm looking at Adsense. I'll of course be launching my PPC campaign monopoly on cheap keywords.

It seems like there are many different plan of attacks, but can anyone give me their take on this scenario for getting Adsense clicks? What do you think about a simple directory or even a list of the websites? Maybe arbitrarily giving each destination a rating and ranking them with my adsense thrown in there.

If you have zero PPC competitors for the niche, how can you make a lot of money from AdSense/arbi?

Pfft yeah unless you have competitors or alternative 3rd tier ppc providers there is no way you could make money in an arbo fashion. What about writing your own product for this niche and distributing as a information product. As much as we hate ebooks, when there is no affiliate offers for something they can be the better option.

What are common problems for people in this niche? How can you be of assistance to them??

Just keep researching the niche an an idea will come to you.

What I meant was that if there are no advertisers for that niche/keywords, you will have trouble getting relevant and well-paying AdSense ads.

to clarify, there is a decent volume of advertisers, but the scope of their keyword bids are all on the same generic keyword while they are leaving out keyword alternatives for some reason.

it's like having a website about things you can do with apples and only bidding on the keyword "apples" while i'm bidding on "apple pie," "green apple," "apple sauce," etc. i just made the website in 30 minutes and threw up adsense to test things out and sure enough i'm getting a good amount of ads 4-7 cents a click.
