ROLE / DESCRIPTION
I am looking for someone with decent/good English to do forum and blog posting to build links back to my various properties. I will give you the signatures to insert into your forum posts/blog comments, you just have to create sufficiently decent content that it will not be erased by moderators.
TO BE CLEAR, THE DESIRED RESULT IS LINKS BACK TO MY PAGES. I do not need someone just to post on forums and blogs for the sake of doing so. Your mission will be to BUILD LINKS.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
• RESULTS ORIENTED
• Must be able to work on deadline and I shouldn't have to babysit you. Ever.
• Is EXTREMELY familiar with blogs and forums and what is required to post on them.
• Has Decent/Good English Skills
• Understands the difference between “spam” and “quality content.”
• Has a decent computer. This is necessary for maximal productivity.
• You are organized and focused.
• You prefer to be paid for results achieved rather than time spent.
• Responds quickly to email
TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Understand how to find new blog/forum targets for posting (you will be trained to do this)
2. Execute forum posting/blog commenting assignments
3. Keep very detailed records of progress (you will be trained to do this)
4. Provide daily status updates

COMPENSATION
I am looking to pay $0.15 per link post for approximately 2000 links/month. On average, you will make $300/month + PERFORMANCE BONUSES if work is completed particularly well or quickly or if you contribute to a substantial increase in sales.
I am willing to consider other compensation methods, but please keep in mind that I want to pay you for results, not just for time spent.
