Hosting for emailing?

I want to host the images in my emails, but need a good hosting company that will not shut me down after the first complaint. I get about 2 - 3 complaints per month, and have all the proper opt-in info, but I can't seem to convince the hosting companies that this is not spam.

I am sure most hosts would accept you providing you explain that they are opt-ins and theres only a few complaints however I would look at using double opt-ins with single opt-out for best effect as this will greatly reduce your spam complaint rate along with increase your providers willing-ness to side with you.
