Working with a guy on a membership site and it has grown up nicely in the last 4 months. Doing $xx,xxx monthly.
Okay, we run our sales through Clickbank and it's mostly good. But we have a few small problems. A couple of chargebacks and both customers swears they didn't ask for it. One customer who hasn't gotten a refund yet.
And lastly, we have one affliate who is spamming the internet asking the question: "Is XXXX a scam, click here to find out why." Oh sweet cherubim and seraphim, our niche is monitored by SEC, get that crap out of here. So we need to get that guy terminated.
We could clear up these minor matters in an hour with our own account rep, but we are still at the revolving door with the usual helpdesk guys who are mostly good but still muff a few support calls now and again.
So again to ask the question, how big to get a rep? Are the guys pushing $XXX,XXX a month through clickbank still filing support request through the same helpdesk as the $X a month no-hopers?
