How do freelancers on Fiver give backlinks to people so fast?

You might want to read up on Panda and the other animals. You can build as many links as you want/can. Google can't stop you, or anyone else, from building them. How your site ranks in the SERPs is all they can control.

I think the way you phrased the sentence is where the mis-understanding is occurring. You stated Google DISALLOWS people from creating backlinks. They don't control what you do. They may DISCOURAGE you from creating backlinks so you don't rank higher in their search engine cause of manipulation, but they can't stop you from creating backlinks... backlinks are what makes the web a true web.

I like getting backlinks for direct/referring traffic. A traffic leak, - where real people are clicking through to my website. If a site has my targeted traffic, I want as many links which generate traffic from that site as possible.​

That's like asking is fire good or bad. It depends on the need for it and the source.​

Let me give you a lil bit of info. Building the links very fast is not 100% bad as all search engines need time to index all of them .....so the links wont be seen the very moment you build them.

Great point svabb2000! I tend to agree. That said, dripping links over a select period of time is still a good idea IMO.

I think it also needs to be said that the links your buying on Fiverr may not always be of the quality you want. If your site is one that you wish to keep ranking for the long term, you will want to be extra selective in what sites you have links on
