Ok. Here is the deal. I am a service provider that sells off digital products in the market. I have a a lot of finances to spend and the issue is that I am in competition with some of the biggest names in the industry. The issue is that a couple of months ago, my company took a lot of slack due to my 'Indian Support" staff. Now that I have globalized the business, I am thinking to reinvest into marketing ideas and want to start something better. I want my clients to know that they can now get great support and at the best rates. BTW, yes, I do offer the best rates in the industry. So what I need to know now is how the fuck do I convince them that I am the real deal?

You need to perform your due diligence before outsourcing anything. You can't say you were receiving slack for "Indian Support Staff" - Many companies are doing that and they seem to be doing just fine. Heck, we've provided support for a Freelance site earlier this year, and for 6 months they were with us, they had absolutely no problem.

On a second note, if you've got a lot of finances, consider launching a well planned out marketing strategy.

- Work on your website, consider A/B testing for your product sales page.
- Head over to reviewme.com and get your services reviewed on a couple of large blogs.
- Advertise with the bigger forums/blogs.
- Network like crazy with people on Linkedin/Twitter etc.

Points taken into consideration. The goal here is not to cut profit margins. its to develop a brand name that everyone in this industry has to have heard of us at some point of the other. While I am not looking to rake in profits right about now, I am certainly also not looking to take this to the dump by offering too many freebies.

When you guys talk about rebranding, could be shoot me some pointers as to how I can go around this.

As far as the Indian support staff is concerned, there is nothing that a little voice and accent training cannot accomplish so thats not a worry at the moment. The cheap prices is a must coz I sell these products annually. So, sales have to based on loyalty as well as affordability.

So whats the best way to rebrand this?

Provide. More. Value.

Providing value is the main thing!

Cool. I get that. I have actually. I got a really much more indepth easier and better API plus site builder than anyone else has. I have invested a lot in development. I have had it tested as well. So, now the biggest question is; how the hell do i come up with a unique marketing strategy that would rebrand itself?
