How do I get Adwords-safe landing pages?

Hi all,

I'm willing to create or buy or...whatever I need to get my hands on Adwords safe landing pages.

I created a site for a landing page and oh lawd....google tore that shit UP. They got pissed off and slapped a fist full of regulations. In addition, turns out that there was malware(?) on the site.

But still, I was hoping that people who advertise ppc on adwords could give me tips on how they create approved pages. Please help...

Do most marketers on this forum generate the pages from scratch though? I was looking to understand how most ppc marketers do it...
