How do I get affiliates for my site

First off thanks for reading my post. I am sure that a lot of people before me must have asked the same question, however I have not been able to find a satisfactory answer, hence the post here... Therefore please bear with me....

I have a website nomoreage.com. I set it up based on a business I used to work for about a year ago. I know the product and technologies both work. Now my question is since I do not have much of a track record in the industry, how do I go about getting affiliate marketing for my site?

Is there a mantra I can follow to get some affiliates?
Can I get get ye experts opinion on what you think about my website?
Oh and one more thing, how do I find networks that will work on my kind of products?
Is there a website for health and beauty products affiliates?

Just my opinion, your site looks more like a lander for a CPA company than for a personal site. Work on branding it for yourself and the rest will fall into place. The reason I state that is with you work with affiliates you have to keep track of a million things, paying them, type of traffic, creatives, etc. It can be a big pain. The second part of your question I have no idea what your talking about if there a website for health and beauty products, yeah of course, check google and put in the major brands and you will see tons. Hope it all works out for you.
