For those of you who run multiple campaigns and lots of sub id's across those campaigns spread over several networks, what are some of the ways you like to keep track of your stats?

My campaigns have really grown over the last 3 months but I still use my old school method of manually updating costs, cpc, revenue, epc, etc for each sub id in each campaign and network in excel. It's becoming a real pain in the ass but this is important data to have.

Axxomarketing puts it best when he says... "discuss".

I actually considered doing a site like that to get this type of information. Therefore, knowing how my thought process works, I'd imagine others are doing the same. Be careful. I am looking for desktop apps for this.

PHP + MySQL

I have one database for each campaign. For subid, I do something like "1234-database_name".

I use a tool called StatsJunky. It let's you incorporate stats from several of the most popular networks, and they're always adding new ones. You can visit statsjunky.com and sign up to become a beta tester to get the app for free (for now at least). I've been assisting the owners in testing it for over a year, and it's a great tool!

I've been using it since late 2006 when they started testing it, and it's been a really great tool for my business. I used to have 7-10 windows open at a time, and with SJ, there is a lot of customization you can do to make it fit your business the best.

They've also got a feature called mobile stats - which I love!

Because nobody would ever write a desktop app that saves all your profitable campaign information hidden on your hdd then uploads it to them whilst it's "updating".

Or am I just paranoid? :anon.sml:

That doesn't seem all too anonymous.

Also looks like they track everything EVERYTHING. So good luck having them NOT copy your profitable campaigns.

Well, I was introduced to AM by Wes (creator of t202) and hence I've known him for a while. He has been such a big help in many ways. I have faith in him and his integrity.

aka niche stealer aka give out all your hard work secrets to some random group of people.

Build something in house or just use the sub-id trackign your network offers.

If you suck at coding start an excel sheet. Match your SUBIDs to a description of what you are testing and the specifics of the traffic source and landing page.

Almost every network allows you to download your subid trackign data to excel. Merge this with your excel sheet you've made and you can see how your historical changes have affected performance

In-House solution that shows me all the important stats by LP/Offer/Ad/Keyword, most of the stats are updated automatically through the pixels I had placed on the offer. Once a month I then do a manual income report for all my campaigns.

I use statsremote for basic stats, and for more complex I have a php script that imports my subs and calculates everything
