What is this Smart VPS from LiquidWeb?

Today I went to buy a third VPS from LW, and I was told that they have discontinued the old plan..

And they told me that they will migrate my old VPS into the SMART VPS for free, if I want?

Anybody used this Smart VPS from LW?

I want to know if I should migrate my old VPS's into it.

Anyway I will have the new one setup by tomorrow, but just wanted to know if I should just keep my old one as it is, in case you have encountered issues.

Pretty nice... I like the interface for dev work... simple to snapshot a server, clone it, redeploy, etc...

However I have encountered some technical issues during setup that is uncharacteristic of LW. Resolved of course, just not as quickly as I was expecting. Could've been unique to me or network issue... won't know till I deploy the next one.

Overall still a good service. I love the fact that I can add more ram on the fly if need be.
 
OK thanks... maybe I will migrate my old ones after a few weeks of getting used to the new one.

What is this Cloud Bullshit?
They have a different cloud offering.. This isn't cloud.. or I would say, VPS was small clouldlets anyway
 
If you're already an LW customer, use your PIMS log in to log in the smart server dashboard... you can see what it's all about there.
