how to change the title of my blog post in wordpress?

How do i change this default structure?
www.site.com//?p=1
id like to change the ?p=1 to the name of the blog post and make it seo friendly.

You should probably look at optimal title plugin and ultimate tag warrior for this type of stuff.

Also the documentation for wordpress talks about prettier tags and directories. Good Reading there too.

Go to Options -> Permalinks, then change it to

/%postname%/ and you will have pretty URL's
