For over 1 year i've been looking for a good webdesigner, but yet without success.
I have an idea for a social network and I think design & usability is a key fact to be successful. Unfortunately I'm on little budget, so I can't spend thousands of dollars for it. I have a clear idea of the website, and detailed wireframes handdrawed.

-most of designs they offer are very crappy
-hard to find reliable good designer
2. 99designs
-started a design contest, but the designs were not that good
So i'm asking, where can I find good designers at an affordable price?
