Hi,

So I've got my own network of sites that I use for local businesses, I provide SEO work, web design, lead generation blah blah blah

What I want to do however is get into the CPA side of things. However whenever I apply to a network they always ask for my sites and how much taffic I'm getting etc.

I give them URL's to my sites which are obviously aimed at completely different things and they reject me. The thing is, how am I supposed to have a CPA site before I get on a CPA network?

Would I have better look applying to a UK CPA (I live in England)? Anyone have any connections or recommendations?

Many Thanks

Danny

Don't give a website and do a phone interview and say you design / create landing pages. You don't want to give them those, usually over the phone if you know what your talking about you'll be good.

I agree calling after you sign up is a plus because a personal connection (and affiliate manager reference to an approvals dept) always helps.

But make sure you know and are prepared for the questions they will ask you. They want to know how you monetize your clicks/leads, best offers you're running, how you're looking to expand (future growth is a huge thing), etc.

Most affiliate networks usually reject more applications than they accept, so it's a tough egg to crack.

Good luck :)

Knowing any affiliate manager of the network you are applying for is always a big plus. Try to make good relations with them and they will always keep you happy. At time of giving telephonic interviews or on messengers..don't just talk about one way of promoting their offers.

Tell them you can bring traffic through almost all the means like PPC, SEO, emails and media buying. CPA networks looks for the publishers who can make money for them from almost all the means. They also want you to promote maximum numbers of their offers, so don't just tell them that you are looking for any particular offer rather tell them you have been doing good with 4-6 niches so far.

Avoid showing them micro niches sites, along with google big CPA networks hate them. Remember one thing that CPA network will only make money if you will make money, so they always love publishers who can make maximum for them. So always talk about big figures.

Hope this helps.

Echoing what most said on here, calling in and speaking in person is always the best way to go. And networks (if they are good) will have a publisher/affiliate line specifically.

On top of that the main questions they are going to want to know to qualify you are what type of traffic and offers you are using or have used. Has much details as you can, which a lot of people are skeptical of but that's what the networks need to get you approved in the first place. This is because networks can't just let anyone fly through due to fraud and compliance issues.

All in all, the most important thing is getting in touch with an affiliate manager, because with any network it can take a week or more to even get word of a denial (not even an approval) but speaking with someone in person, or even through instant message will get you an answer that day for sure.

Let me know if you have any other questions

Even if your brand new, but know the ins and outs of how things work, you don;t necessarily have to have quality traffic, just that you are a legit affiliate and not some proxy business or scam hub.

Nothing Sketchy
Traffic channel details
Types of Offers (niches seeking or have explored)
Game plan strategy

If you have those three things in detail and are confident behind them, you should get accepted to networks
