I started using this site around a month ago; because most of the users use it for twitter followers or facebook likes, the submit URL slash submit blog feature is almost a hidden-gem. Add your page and the +1s will slowly drip in, and you can add as many pages you as you'd like (i.e. - each new post on your blog) so they're spread out. You can earn points by visiting web-sites, RTing, Following and more, or you can buy them pretty cheaply as well.

The oldest web-site I have up there I added when I first joined (roughly a month ago, and 203 dripfed G+s have now been added to it). My only complaint is I can't get the digg feature to seem to work. Either way, cheers and let me know if you have questions or feedback
