I have set up my affiliate program in ShareASale for a week, and recruited about 50 affiliates. Most of them are coupon sites. There are only clicks but no sales converted. I don't know why. I spent a lot of time on making banners in different sizes and update datafeeds, and make several coupons and widegts. I also send emails to my affilates, informing them of our latest promotions and asking them whether they have any suggestion or question of our program, however, no answering back from them. I also join the affiliate aquarium and try to recruit some affiliates but it seems useless. Can someone tell me how to improve sales through affiliate marketing?

Do you have coupons ... If most are coupons sites ... do you have coupons or deals for them to promote?
See, affiliate marketing is quite difficult... Its not so easy to make money in this business.
First, publish Ads which are related to your content (why would someone looking for weight loss pills buy golf kit by clicking ad?)
So, content relevancy matters a lot.
