Typically you get an awesome sales letter!

Also a thing a lot of the experienced guys from flippa will tell you to do is set the reserve to $0

Some sort of psychological thing that shows you're confident your website will sell for a lot blah blah

I've only sold two websites so I can't really tell you too much

It all makes sense guys, but the problem is the site IS making money with Paypal screenshots and has an analytics screenshot for medium to moderate traffic.

It also has a pretty good sales letter, the one I usually custom to each auction. I've sold about 8-9 sites in the past few months so I have no problem getting views and interested buyers. The problem is getting interest from the BIG fish!

Any other thoughts?

When I see a sales letter like that I hit back before the page finishes rendering.
It screams "full of shit"
No revenue history, no traffic history. A few days doesn't count.

But, I think you are trying to catch stupid and/or naive newbies and screw them over so I have no idea what you should do.
