Site is just under a month old. 20 100% original articles written for it ranging from 200 words to ~1,000 words. Celebrity-ish niche. About 10-15 uniques a day. Main keyword exact matches ~40K Monthly. Not an exact match domain but it's got the main keyword in it with a single word pre-fixing it.

My questions,

1. How much is this site worth? It's really not making any money right now but it has quite a bright potential with the 40K monthly after some experienced IM'ing.

2. Where do I sell it? I have no money for Flippa, not enough posts for DP, and I don't even know how many you need there.

3. Exactly what process do I go through after selling it? What to do I remove/transfer, download, etc., and how?

Deep questions, appreciate all attempts at answering them.

You'd be better off optimizing it first and getting some adsense or something revenue going. The site's value for sale is largely going to be based on that if you sell it as a whole site, unless you have a premium domain.

This ^

Without income, you'll be lucky to get more than 100 or so for it

That's all I want. I was surprised I could get that much when I first asked tbh. It's my first site and I have posted before about giving up on it and letting it die because I didn't think it would even be worth $10. At the broke stage I'm at making sites like this just to earn $100 is a great way to establish money for domains and hosting IMO.

So with that said, any answers to the above questions are appreciated.

throw it up in the BST section here and see if someone is interested. Couldn't hurt

Will do.

What other places can I list it for free? And once someone buys it how do I go about transferring everything to them, what do I keep etc.?

Basically all the questions in the OP ;)

It would be great if you could post or PM me a price as well. I can PM you the link if needed.

if it's on it's own hosting account, you can give them the login details and transfer it over. If not, dump the database and pull all the site files and package that up and hand it over, and transfer the domain to them

Yeah, these days not very often do you see people buy and pay good money for potential. The biggest and single most important aspect would be the revenue it is bringing in. If it's not bringing in anything, it's not worth much of anything either. :(

I personally think that a lot of people see right through the "Here's my site, has tons of potential to make you rich" That's like saying, "Here's this car thats broken down, rusted out, isn't drivable, doesn't even have a stearing wheel, but potential to be a daily driver to work and back". Sure, it's got potential but people somewhat chuckle at the thought of it being advertised that way.

With 40.5k exact match you could make $100 in a month off of it.
It's first month comes to an end June 20th. Are you suggesting I keep it? Also, it's not an exact match domain, but 40.5K keyword exact match, just to clarify. I don't enjoy writing articles for this site because I am not interested in it at all. Also not sure what kind of affiliate offers I could run on it but I guess that is some thing to worry about after I sign up to an AN.

You can't scrounge up $20 or whatever it is to list it on Flippa?

In my experience, sites sell for like 30-50% more on there than trying to sell them on forums. And I've never listed a site on there that didn't sell.

But you really should put some time into SEO-ing the site and getting it profitable if you want to get a decent price for it.

Not without missing my next hosting bill. I just started IM a month ago with this site strictly SEO, $100 is decent to me right now :D

With $100 I can buy 2-3 domains relating to topics I'd like to write about and end up with 2-3 sites worth more than $100 each.

$150 according to that site...

Maybe if I sell my AdWords Voucher I'll list it on Flippa for $125? How closely should my price be to that tool?
