How to promote international offers on FB

How do I promote international offers on Facebook? It seems like it would be nice since I can target, for example, Belgium (something I can't do on MySpace), but my ad got disapproved because... "The destination URL of this ad either violates Facebook's Advertising Guidelines or could not be reviewed. As ads are reviewed from multiple locations, all sites must be viewable regardless of the viewer's location."
Once again Facebook proves to be stupid with their policies. They allow geotargeting, but you have to accept traffic from ALL locations???
Does someone have a redirection script to a proxy or something I can use to make it look like the viewer is coming from a specific country?

Toss the offers landing page URL instead of "http://landingpagedestination.com" - then once your ad is approved, change the link of "http://landingpagedestination.com" to your affiliate URL.

Fucking awesome! Thanks bro. That was exactly what I was looking for. Now, does anyone have a solid list of international proxies that actually work? I've had a hell of a time finding some for Australia and Belgium to name a couple.
 
remember when you go to duplicate ads from approved ones that you need to do this again. If you dont they will disapprove your new ad and potentially your active ones.

Only proxy i use is www.worldproxy202.com only does UK, US, AUS & CA though. Fuck Belgium.

Have they really gone back and disapproved any of your previously approved ads? In other words, when they disapprove my ad for an image I previously used, it would be bad to say wtf, this is the same ad I used before??? j/k
I just tried worldproxy and it's still not working for my link. Maybe the link is broken. I'll look @ it some more. Looks like today is going to be a long one with lots of work and not much income. I've got some other shit going on holding up my other ads too... Oh well, shit happens.
