How to Track With Self Serve Ad Network?

I am new to affiliate marketing and I would like to know the correct way of tracking and rotating ads/ landing pages and offers with self serve networks (i.e adbrite, buysellads etc) as it seem all of them dont allow you to use a third party adserver?

Does anyone use atrackzgold with selfserve networks?

I am not using prosper, as I have read in a few places it does not work well for media buys, I suppose I should test and not go off what other people say.

Does anyone have any experience of using adtrackzgold or prosper with self serve adnetworks?
 
If you're doing low-ish volume media buy then prosper will work fine. Here's what I do.

pass in the names of the banners through to your prosper URL as the keywords, that way you can track which banners convert, and which don't. After you gather enough data, you can calculate how much $$ each banner makes you per thousand impressions, and optimize off of that.
