Hey Guys,

I can get 70,000 bottles of this product:

One of my contacts is the largest buyer of refurbished/surplus walmart/target etc stock in the USA.

He can get 70,000 bottles of this shit for $5 a bottle.

You think it is possible to move this online?

I was thinking about getting affiliates to push it but really how much can you pay them when they are getting 30 a sale for achiberry or whatever its called.

Maybe set up something like achiberry where we offer free shipping and then charge the fuck out of them for years to come?

Any suggestions is appreciated.

The average lifetime of someone on this type re-bill program is about 2-3 months (incentive traffic even less) on quality products. The higher you charge on the rebill the worse the retention obviously is. So its not charging them for years to come.

The two things I think you should really think about if you were really going to take a run at this is:

1. Think of the cash flow issue you create. If you have the consumer pay you, say, $6.95 S+H upon free trial signup. You then have the cost of product and actual shipping costs. Plus you have the $30+ affiliate payout. You quickly go into the red. Usually most programs don't make any money at all until the second billing month.

2. Merchant accounts are a bitch to keep up with this type of deal. Because of the nature of the offer (high re-billing) you get chargebacks. You hit above the chargeback threshhold and they kill your merchant account and have the right to hold your money for up to 6 months (or that was the length the last time I was involved in setting one up). Beyond that once you get kicked off one legit merchant you are pretty much fucked and have to resort to the porn merchant account guys. I love porn but these "2nd" tier merchant accounts cost in per transaction charges as well as a higher % of sale charge.

Don't go into this without a shit ton of research.

I have helped two companies develope these same type ecommerce products. I also do some consulting work still in the arena. When I was running a network, my focus was the analytics that these offers kicked out and how we could improve our ad spends and/or improve the advertisers retention rates in order for them to make more money and pay me more money.

Why not just create your own forumula/product for cheaper? Why use their brand?

Not sure if I am missing something
