I wonder how to change evrth on domain -- it has a lot of backlinks and PR

previus shop used to have .php extension

- what to do so that SE get it indexed smoothly???
- should i deal with 301 redirect on Apache from old pages???
- how can i get back to previous site achievement in SERPs???

please - share from your SEO experience
THX!!! :note:

you can fix extension uses using .htaccess (modrewrite) and I believe you can handle 301 redirections there as well. Regular expressions are your friend.

PS - Google knows when a name gets picked up at auction these days, often they seem to get reset for rankings.

*edit: expired auctions that is

not exprired -- the registrar holds it for you ...

i dont think it matters. google will know the structure of the site has changed. however, the backlinks should still be good.

yes, I have good backlinks and the domain is listed in yahoo directory ...
I made .htaccess with "Redirect 301 page page"
I will post here about the results later ...
