I need a CPA network that has a "coach purse" email submit offer..

CPA Empire decided to change it to some "prada handbag" redirect even though it still says "coach purse/wallet" in the description.. cutting my earnings by 50%.

Anyone know of a reliable CPA email/zip submit network that has this offer?

You can probably submit a request to any of the networks for a custom offer, just so long as you are going to do medium to large volume on it.
