I started a website the other day, have a decent amount of content and adsense added. Now how the hell do I get people to come to my site. Please don't just say SEO, I've registered my domain with google, and I'm using an Attracta SEO program currently, but it seems like it's bullshit as my hits haven't changed.

So what can I do to increase traffic, and HOW do it do it?

Thanks

how do i do this?

There is a difference between asking a question and just being a lazy moron.

that link only gives advice on how to pick a domain name. Perhaps you misunderstood my question.

I want my page to be on google when searching for generic keywords related to my niche. HOW do I make this happen. Please don't post anymore useless articles on how to pick my domain name or how to add content to my site, I am past that phase.

You made a helpful post, but it was the only one.

Everyone else is just a sarcastic asshole or useless.

This is the best advice you've gotten in this thread. Do yourself a favor - get the fuck out of here and get up to speed with the basics so you can ask intelligent questions.

the whole reason I am here, posting in the NEWBIE THREAD is because there are some BASIC concepts that I am having difficulty understanding, dipshit.

Hey man, I know how you feel. I was super confused too when I first started, until someone PM'd me this Noob SEO Course. It's free, but don't tell any Mods I gave it to you. Usually it's not allowed in the noob section (oddly enough), but I feel it's appropriate here. I'm going to edit my post soon, so grab it quick ;)!

P.S. Try not to get your head spun around all the information overload. This guide might help with that.

Dude, chill out. the fact is that they have given you some good advice. Follow the link for SEO for dummies and learn. failing have a look around in the forums there are at least half a dozen threads already started about SEO. Not to mention the sticky's which you should really read. IM is not for people to stick around and ask questions, it is all about self-motivation and taking the initiative. if you don't know what the term is google it. God only knows how many times I have used when I first came on here, and I am still using it even today.

If you still don;t understand it then post here again and specify why you don't understand. If you can't communicate to people on this board here then how do you expect to convince someone to buy the product you are promoting.
