If there is any HTML professional who can help me in developing a form or rather correct the flaw in my current form, then contact me via PM, or add me on messenger.

FLAW is : the form is suppose to email details to my mail box but it gives me " exchange server unavailable error".

If your form action is something like:

<form action="mailto:email@email.com">

Thats an HTML error, otherwise its probably an error in your form processing script, post your code either way.
