I need some badass directory software.

I know this question has been asked many times before. Shit i might have even asked it before. I'm too lazy to look anyway.

So I got all these premium .me's and I'm planning to start building some very extensive whitehat sites. One thing I want to include on some is directories.

I don't mean shitty php link directories. I mean extensive, business directories where people can subscribe, fairly automated, stuff like that.

I think one of the best directories I've ever seen is Web design directory - US - find a web designer, firm, company and website design services in your area - Chicago, Houston, New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, Philadelphia, San Antonio, Dallas ... Very extensive, has a lot of options when you sign up... very cool looking.

I can get something build, but i want to look at some out of the box options first.
