Yeah you can buy traffic....make sure traffic should not be spam because if you have original and good traffic, your work will raise up quickly....
Buying traffic is now not a difficult task but yet it requires some tricks and techniques..PPC is one of the way with the help of which you can have huge traffic too. Apart from this, traffic can be generated by giving the user something really unique...
Find the sites with big volumes of traffic, and that generally accept ads, and then negotiate a deal with the owner to advertise on their site. Work out your cost per impressions, and make it a win win for both
I have tries 1,000 different ways to pay for traffic... and they all fade out. I gave up on that and decided I'd go out and get my own. It takes time, but you'll be better for it.
One other thing that maybe someone could give me some good advice on is email marketing. Are there any ways to email people, in a way thats not considered spam, for them to opt in to our newsletter? I can get access to emails lists, but I don't want to spam anyone...

Email??? Dude, that's so 2010. Innovators in this industry quickly found out that by riding a greyhound bus throughout the country and personally delivering their offers via door hangers and plastic bag encased flyers thrown in a prospect's front yard newspaper boy style, that the response was 1,000,000,000 X better than email marketing or paid traffic.
so therefore both methods are dead....move along
