Ok. I placed an order for 15k backlinks and what I got was a report of 15 web 2.0 properties. Can some one clarify for me what does this mean? This is what I got in the mail.

We have speically created you over 15 blogs (see attachment for details) that direct to your website with your anchor text (keyword).
We are only doing this as a special promotion as each one of these High PR Do Follow backlinks are all from authority web 2.0 websites.

The value of just one of these blogs is worth 1000 backlinks.
