If you were in my shoes, would you set up an LLC to use Adsense?

I'll keep this short. A few years ago my father was banned from Adsense for B.S. reasons, and like always his appeal was denied immediately.

A year later they banned mine for 'being associated with a fraudulent account' or something to that extent (I had used his address as my mailing address and I guess they cross-referenced it).

So I'm banned for life for the lamest reason ever. It's been a blessing in terms of forcing me to learn affiliate marketing and even get into creating my own products. But I still wish I could sprinkle some Adsense ads onto certain sites, and I think where it hurts me the most is not being able to monetize Youtube vids with Adsense.

If you were in my situation would you go through the time it takes to set up an LLC just to use Adsense?

I could get an Adsense business account, put my business tax ID # instead of SSN, put a new address, new email, etc.

LLC's are cheap and quick to setup. I've gone through several specifically for the use with Adsense. One thing you might want to have a heads up about is the fact that if Google has logged your IP/other footprints when banning you the first time, it could come back around to bite your ass when they put 2 and 2 together.

If you want to be on the safe side just operate the adsense from an RDP or proxy

all that said, its pretty simple: take into account the cost of setting up your new adsense id (proxy, mailbox, etc) against your expected earnings from that adsense account.

not rocket science.

Sorry for the question but what RDP means? Is it a Remote Desktop? I always used proxy with different countries and never had any problem.
