Can anyone recommend a WP pluggin or other option for an image gallery that includes:
Rating system (preferably a simply up vote/down vote system)
Ability for users to submit photos to be added to the pool of rated photos
I'm not glued to WP, so I'm open to any suggestions. Of the pluggins that I"ve seen they either have one or the other feature.
