Who tell you "they" don't use credit cards ? Mostly debit cards though, credit cards are uncommon there, it's not US, people live on own money, not on credits! Also it doesn't matter since he is probably looking for actual offers in networks, not his own offers. So all job done for him already.

Stay Away from 7reach.. I tried them .they are scam, they will ban you by sayin that your account is suspicious. ADSMARKET is not good even! i made $800 last month and i am still waiting for payment. they said i will get paid in march .. I think worst network in terms of payment. The ads Itself says net 33 days payment . but network make it 60 days. i don't know why..
