I have an in-house solution to this,follow the spacecrafy until it was time to put him away. The only problem is that the dad is totally insane based on the life of the maqui beach.

I used to run get paid script, but it was open source and got shut down. if you need a copy of it i can probably hook you up since i save all my files
Incent is almost dead nowadays... anything "point" based atleast. So much fraud in that arena it's nasty.
As long as you limit the countries you allow to sign up and run offers that accept incent(there are entire networks devoted to this), then there shouldn't be very many issues. Just a little bit of verification is all you need. A simple fraud monitor in the script will do the trick
Bwahahaha not quite dude. Frauders are quite sophisticated these days. They will put through orders using stolen credit cards and get your whole site shutdown/blacklisted by all the incent networks in a heartbeat if all you have is "a simple fraud monitor".
If all your doing is like incent zip submits and such then theres no worry with that. SubID tracking is your other solution.
Agreed, unless you have something halfway innovative your time could be spent elsewhere and be more rewarding. Message boards and blogs just don't work anymore.
