just dropped several hundred into a few niches with this. works like kontera, but instead of popup/JS it's just a straight link. heard about it on techcrunch earlier today, anyone use it?
$10/mo seems much for <PR3 but looks like the standard rate for all their links. found several PR6's for $10 also, but some go for $12 or $25 (publishers can probably set price)
keyword search keeps freezing on me for a min or so with >500 results, but if you can get beyond that inlinks looks like a damn fine service.
also be advised that some links are put on pages years old, be sure to ping.
